I found this Evening Coat by Liberty of London from the early 1910s in the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s collection.
In our collection, we have the 1975 edition of this iconic peacock print by Arthur Silver that was produced as a symbol of Liberty’s centennial anniversary. It is so wonderful to see it utilized for a garment.
